We know that buying shoes online feels a little strange and is a tough choice, which is why we are happy to allow our customers an exchange or refund on if the shoes just aren't right*.
So buy from Dance Divas with the confidence that if the size isn't right, you can swap your shoes for something that fits! We want our customers to be happy.
Shoes must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and must be unused, unworn and in original packaging.
If you're sending shoes back to us, please email us first so we know to expect your shoes, and we can let you know if your replacement style and size are in stock. If there is no suitable replacement for you then we will return your money in good faith.
When returning shoes, please include your name, a copy of your receipt or receipt number, details of your request as well as your phone number/email address and postal address so we can communicate with you and send your replacement shoes if necessary.
*Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund sale items.
