Credit Card Fraud

All credit card transactions are processed through StrataPay. a third party transaction processing company based in Australia. Their secure Payment Gateway is 128 bit encrypted and offers full security and traceability on all transactions giving you peace of mind when using your credit card to pay for your purchases with Dance Divas.

Transactions that are suspicious in their use of fraudulent or unauthorised credit cards will not be processed by Dance Divas, and any good that are in transit will be withheld. Dance Divas will take reasonable action to advise the relevant authorities of any such transaction to facilitate prosecution of the offender.

Disclaimer

While Dance Divas makes every attempt to prevent fraudulent credit card use through its website, it does not take responsibility for direct or indirect damages and any losses that result from any such fraudulent activity.

Dance Divas does not take responsibility damages to goods during transit. We will however assist in resolving the complaint with the transit company. The customer shall contact Dance Divas to advise of any damage to goods during transit, and Dance Divas will resolve the issue with the transit company.

In acceptance of these terms and conditions listed, the customer acknowledges that he/she has adequate notice of the disclaimer and has entered into this transaction on his or her own free will.

Legal Capacity

According to law, a minor cannot enter into contracts and therefore cannot purchase on this website. In entering into a contract with Dance Divas, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and will not make a purchase unless their age is 18 years and above.

Should Dance Divas suffer any loss or damage as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Dance Divas reserves the right to seek compensation from the guardians of the minor who caused the loss.

Trading Terms and Conditions

Payments:
Dance Divas offers what it believes to be one of the most flexible payment systems available online. By offering StrataPay to it's customers, there are in total eight (8) accepted purchasing methods:1. Online using the StrataPay secure credit card processing facility2. By direct debit3. Using BPay4. Over the telephone5. At any newsagency in Australia that offers BillExpresss6. Over the counter are any Heritage Building Society7. By mailing a cheque8. Australia Post BillPay

All Prices include GST and are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Please note that we do not store your credit card information on our server.

If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

Delivery

Dance Divas will deliver to most areas in Australia. We use Australia Post as our main carrier. Items usually arrive within 2-5 days.

Products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Should there be a fault with an item please notify us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as required by law. If a replacement is to be made, it will only occur once the fault item has been returned to Dance Divas.

Dance Divas is not liable where in the a defect is caused by fair wear and tear or by careless or improper handling, abuse or misuse caused by the customer or a third party.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued to the extent required by law or in other instances at Dance Divas' discretion. 

Faulty Items

In the event of a faulty item, Dance Divas will either:

1. Repair the Product or pay for the cost of having the Product repaired,
2. Replace the Product a maximum of two (2) times at the Customer's request, or
3. Supply an equivalent Product.

Quotations and Orders:

Any quotation given by the Dance Divas to the Customer is not an offer or obligation to sell but an invitation to treat only. Stock levels are always changing and at any point in time Dance Divas may no longer have for sale a particular product. Further to this, Dance Divas human error at times may result in a price that is incorrect. Dance Divas reserves the right to accept or reject any order it receives based on these variables and others which are unforeseen and which may arise.

Retention of title

The product delivered to the customer becomes his/her absolute property and the seller no longer holds any title of the goods (subject to full and final payment for these goods).

Intellectual Property
Dance Divas reserves all rights to all intellectual property owned and presented through this website and any other representations of Dance Divas in the marketplace. None of the intellectual property including text, designs, logos shall be used by any other individual, corporation or group without prior consent by Dance Divas.
