How does your sizing system work?

Most Dance Divas dance shoes are sized in European sizes or other wise stated.  All dance shoes will expand over time so a slightly firmer fit initially is desirable. Feel free to contact us with any of your sizing enquiries.


How should the shoes fit?

Ladies toes should be at the end of the shoe with the straps firmly secured.


What can I do to make help my feet getting sore when I dance?

Sometimes inner soles are an excellent idea for under the ball of the foot to cushion for hours on the dance floor. This will also restrict extra movement during dancing.  

 

How will the shoes be delivered to me and what will it cost?

Dance Divas will deliver each pair of dance shoes that you order for a flat fee of $8.00 through Australia Post. This fee will be added when your sale is processed. Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 days. (in Australia) 4 to 7 day out side Austrailia.


What payment methods do you accept?

We process all payments using the secure online facility called Stratapay. This facility is wonderful because it allows you to securely process credit card payments online. However for those who are less confident using their credit card, or who simply do not have a credit card, Stratapay offers the 'Pay later' facility which generates an invoice which you can print and pay in person at Australia Post or Heritage Building Society, over the phone using a 1300 number, through BPAY or Bill Express, or even by Direct Debit.
